About Us

Who are we?
We are a group who share a passion for studying various authentic historical martial weaponry skills. Our main focus is on Germanic longsword techniques which can be used for traditional reenactments, LED sabre tournaments, performing arts and dramatic fight displays inspired by epic sci-fi and fantasy franchises, from the cosmic odyssey of Star Wars or the mystical allure of The Witcher and Highlander, and everything inbetween.

We use polycarbonate LED sabres and synthetic swords to create a safe environment to explore techniques and spar without the need for bulky body armour, so you can learn how to fight like your favourite sword wielding hero or villain while still wearing an outfit that suits your own persona. Our aim is to learn, master and showcase unchoreographed performances using traditional historical methods which can also be adapted for a wide range of different events and media... But mostly we're a bunch of geeks who like history, sci-fi and having a laugh!
